We collect information such as your Employee Name, Mobile Number, Email Address, and User Enrollment ID when you register for an account. We also collect device-specific information including your operating system version and app activity logs for troubleshooting and analytics.

2. LOCATION & BACKGROUND USAGE (CRITICAL)

Expert Internal collects precise location data (GPS) to enable core features including real-time task management, work-site verification, and automated attendance tracking.

This data is collected continually in the background even when the app is closed or not in use, starting from the moment you log in until you log out. This background collection is essential to ensure workforce safety and accurate reporting for your organization.

We keep your information as long as your account is active or as required by law. When there is no ongoing business need, we either delete or anonymize your data. Backup archives are stored securely until deletion is possible.
